How your artwork is stored
Artwork you upload is held in private storage. It is not added to a public media library, it is not listed anywhere, and it is not reachable by guessing a web address. Files are referenced internally by a random token and are used only to produce your job and the proof you approve.
Why we hold it
To quote your job, produce it, show you a proof, deliver it, and keep records required for accounting and tax.
Who we share it with
Only those who need it to complete your order — for example a carrier for delivery, or a payment provider to take payment. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Order and quote records are kept as long as we need them for the job and for the accounting period that follows. Artwork is retained so that repeat orders can be reprinted consistently; ask us if you would like your files removed.
