Shipping
Prices shown in the store exclude shipping. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the size, weight and destination of your order.
Large-format work is bulky, and some pieces cannot go by parcel carrier at all. Anything oversized ships by freight and is quoted individually — the store will tell you when that applies rather than taking an order we cannot fulfil at the price shown.
Turnaround
Production time depends on the product and quantity. Requesting a free proof adds a day, and some products add two — the product page tells you which. Rush production is available on most items at an additional charge.
Turnaround is counted from proof approval, not from when the order was placed. If a proof sits unapproved, the clock has not started.
Returns on custom-printed work
Custom-printed goods are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, so they are not returnable for change of mind. This is standard across the trade.
That does not affect your rights if something is wrong. If a job arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the proof you approved, tell us within 7 days of receipt with photographs and we will reprint or refund it.
Because artwork approval matters so much here, please check your proof carefully — it is the reference we print and inspect against.
