How this is priced
This catalogue mixes two kinds of work. Some of it is printed to your own dimensions and costed by the square foot, with the rate stepping down as the total area rises; the rest are finished items sold at a set price per piece. The square-foot items carry a $150.00 minimum per item; the finished items do not.
