These terms cover orders placed through this website.
Orders and pricing
Prices shown online apply to the sizes, materials and quantities the store can price directly. Anything outside those limits is quoted individually and is not covered by online pricing.
Prices exclude shipping and any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A quoted price is valid for 30 days unless we say otherwise in writing.
Artwork and approval
You are responsible for the content of the artwork you supply, and for holding the rights to use it. We check files for technical suitability — resolution, bleed, colour mode — not for spelling, layout or accuracy of content.
We print what you approve. Once you approve a proof, that proof is the specification for the job. Errors present in an approved proof are not grounds for a free reprint.
Colour
Colour is reproduced as closely as the chosen material and process allow. Screens are backlit and not colour-managed, so a print will not match a monitor exactly. Different substrates also render the same file differently. Where exact colour is critical, ask for a physical proof before production.
Turnaround
Production times are estimates given in good faith and run from proof approval. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or late artwork or approval.
Payment
Orders are paid for as set out at checkout. Work does not enter production until payment or agreed terms are in place.
Liability
Where a job is defective or does not match the approved proof, our responsibility is to reprint it or refund what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed events or lost business.
Cancellation
You can cancel before production begins at no cost. Once a job is in production it cannot be cancelled, because the materials have been committed to your artwork.
